Boundaries & Leadership
Lorelei Kryzanek encouraged us to experience her favorite movie: Jojo Rabbit. If you enjoy parodies or satire, this is the movie for you. It’s a World War II satire that follows a lonely German boy (Jojo) whose imaginary friend is Adolf Hitler. His world is turned upside down when he discovers his mother is hiding a young Jewish girl in their attic, forcing him to confront his blind nationalism.
UNDERSTANDING MY LEADERSHIP STYLE
Curtis Edwards took the fifty question leadership questionnaire, and was impressed with the results. He is being encouraged to apply for a leadership position in his company and this process gave him good insights to what kind of manager he will become. Almost as important, he learned what kind of leader he is not, allowing him to be aware of situations that may occur. I’m sure he is ready for whatever is heading his way.
