Marcia Eldredge told us a story of her work at a girl’s school. Even though she was hired to work with social media, she was encouraged to take on an additional task, that of the tennis coach. She discovered that her love for tennis was equaled by her love of relationship building with the girls on the team. Each had a unique reason for being there, and she has many fond memories of those years.

Judy Dugan gave us a lesson in e-commerce. E-Commerce means buying and selling of goods, products, or services over the internet. E-commerce is also known as electronic commerce or internet commerce. Transactions of money, funds, and data are also considered as e-commerce.
